What options are available for Facial Rejuvenation?
For facial rejuvenation, we offer both surgical and non-surgical options.
Non-surgical treatments include injectables such as Botox or neuromodulators to relax dynamic lines of the forehead and around the eyes, and fillers like Radius and Bella Terro to restore volume around the mouth, lips, and deeper facial folds.
These procedures can enhance appearance by reducing wrinkles such as laugh lines and crow's feet, providing a more youthful and pleasing look.
What does Facial Rejuvenation entail?
Facial rejuvenation at our practice begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand the patient's medical history, anatomy, desires, and goals.
It includes a variety of options from non-surgical techniques like injectables, Botox, and fillers, to minimally invasive procedures and face and neck lifts.
These treatments aim to restore the youthful heart-shaped or V-shaped appearance, matching the right technique to meet each patient's expectations.
What can I expect from Body Contouring?
When considering body contouring, you can expect techniques tailored to your anatomy and goals, such as laser liposuction or Smart Lipo.
This popular method not only gently melts the fat but also induces skin tightening to enhance your body's contour.
Procedures are performed safely in-office using oral sedation and local anesthesia, with patients typically experiencing minimal discomfort, bruising, and swelling.
Can an earlobe be repaired?
Earlobe repair is a common procedure performed to address damage caused by heavy earring use, including stretched or elongated holes and tears.
The process involves removing excess skin and the old hole, and then artistically reconstructing the earlobe.
After healing, which takes about three months, clients may have a new piercing performed to wear earrings again.
Should I consider a Breast Implant Removal?
Breast implant removal is a common procedure in our practice, particularly among the older baby boomer population who may face issues like implant leakage or capsular contracture, or simply no longer want the weight of heavy implants.
Saline implants can be easily removed with oral sedation and local anesthesia as an office-based procedure, while older, ruptured silicone gel implants require a more detailed procedure under general anesthesia.
Post-removal, breasts might initially appear droopy, but can retract to a more shapely and youthful appearance over time, potentially eliminating the need for an immediate breast lift.
Can you really do a facial procedure in office?
Yes, facial procedures can indeed be performed in an office setting.
I have developed a technique called face neck lift with smart life of neck and gels or face neck lift with laser liposuction of the neck and jawline, which allows these procedures to be office-based, avoiding the risks and costs associated with general anesthesia.
These techniques were adapted to use laser liposuction technology, enabling us to avoid more invasive methods previously required.
Do you see male patients as well?
Yes, male plastic surgery has become more common.
Men seek procedures to look on the outside the way they feel on the inside, including non-facial rejuvenation techniques such as Botox, fillers, and facial rejuvenation to improve aspects like the turkey gobbler neck, and body contouring.
This trend is particularly notable in our health-focused area, where males are active in activities like biking and pickleball.
